Two spots in my Deepening Presence workshop in Taos, New Mexico, opened a few days ago. This five-day visionary retreat will help to reweave balance in your body, mind, and heart—the perfect antidote for any stress that has accumulated in your life from these unsettled and troubling times.
The journey begins before you even arrive in Taos, as you write your life story as a fairy or myth from your home. As soon as you arrive at the Mabel Dodge House in Taos, the focus shifts into the world of creative expression and imagination. Every day we will be making tissue paper collages, journaling, expressing oneself through dance and movement, participating in daily meditations, and connecting with nature.
